The File Upload Screen Reappears After Uploading File and Entering Correct OTP with 2FA Enabled (Doc ID 2805120.1)

The Corporate user is presented the same File Upload screen again after uploading file and entering correct OTP, when trying to do a File Upload for 2FA enabled with One Time Password.

File Upload should upload the file or show error message on file validation after submitting the OTP correctly and should not come back to the same screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable 2FA configuration for File Upload transaction from Admin.
2. Select Authentication from Admin dashboard.
3. Select 'One Time Password' at Level1 for File Upload transaction for Corporate user.
4. Login with Corporate user and select File Upload menu item.
5. Fill up data and select file for upload.
6. OTP screen appears.
7. Enter OTP and submit.
