ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CNAPS in bound transaction is taking exchange rate as 1 even local ccy is different ; CNAPS inbound txn, credit account ccy is CNY, Transfer ccy is CNY, Local ccy is USD.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
LCY_AMOUNT must converted using available exchange rate between USD and CNY.
