Journal Entry input (DEDJNLON) fail with error DE-BTAUT10 when unauth / deleted batch used (Doc ID 2805428.1)

Symptoms

In Journal Entry input screen (DEDJNLON), it is failing with error DE-BTAUT10 when unauth / deleted batch numbers are used.

DE Batch is not authorized but getting locked next day with error code that authorized session can not be open again (DE-BTAUT10).
This is happening when user initiate booking but it is not finished by the end of the day or when delete the batch that is previously saved (no authorization in any case).
