Symptoms

When click on proceed button of view statement through quick access,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as retail user in device.
2. Navigate to quick access tab in the dashboard.
3. Click on view statement option.
4. Now choose the account with which we want to view the statement.
5.After clicking on proceed option unable to view the statement screen.
