The user is unable to edit the first installment and last installment date fields.

The user should unable to edit the first installment and last installment date fields.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a retail user on mobile.
2. Now navigate to the loans tab.
3. Now choose the option for schedule inquiry view.
4. After navigating to the schedule inquiry screen unable to edit the first installment and last installment date fields.
