Incoming Pacs008 Cannot Be Found In PASIVIEW Unhandled Exception (Doc ID 2805541.1)

Incoming pacs008 cannot be found in PASIVIEW

Bank is facing the below issue with incoming pacs.008:
When user uploads an incoming pacs.008 and Creditor BIC (our bank's) is inputted with 8 characters and not 11 Swift Address, file uploads with exceptions and transaction cannot be found in PASIVIEW screen.
In cases when transaction is moved to a queue ex Sanctions queue, user can find it in queue screen, but when it clicks on View Transaction button, system throws 'Unhandled Exception'.
