On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to authorize the bank guarantee contract
the following error occurs.

ST-SAVE-022 - Failed to authorize the record.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to be authorized.
2. Ensure limit linked is not in authorized stage.
3. Try to authorize the bank guarantee contract.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize and proceed for bank guarantee contract booking.
