On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LCEOD Failed with error ED-10003 - Pending transaction exist

This is for the LC which are marked for closure and system will do closure during EOD

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should close the LC with Authorization

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain LC to Auto close during EOD
2. RUN EOD and validate the LC closure status and EOD status


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, LC are not closed and EOD is aborted
