Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

Islamic : Error during VAMI authorization

User changed the Rebate Rate (100%) on system date through VAMI,
but during authorization system shows error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform VAMi to increase Rebate rate
2. Save and authorie the VAMI

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot authorize the VAMI
