ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System is not generating MT202 message details on authorizing LC claim payment. The message is generated through PAYMENT_MESSAGE
System in not showing the message preview also while initiating the LC claim payment
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should generate MT202 message with complete details on generation through PAYMENT_MESSAGE
System should show message preview while initiating the LC claim payment
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Guarantee Contract is booked from LCDGUONL
2) Guarantee Claim is input and Authorized from LCDGCLM
3) Claim Payment is initiated and MT202 is tried to be generated via ‘PAYMENT_MESSAGE’. The Required Mandator details for the MT202 tags are input in the settlement section against the credit tag ‘CLAIM_SETTLE_AMT’.
4) However on message preview the MT202 is not shown.
5) However on authorization, system shows the message ‘BANK_TRANSFER’ as generated, but without any message details.

Due to this issue, users cannot preview the message or generate MT202 on doing LC claim payment
