Symptoms

On : 12.0.2 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Accounts are opened on the same day after Ratecode Maintenance, the IC resolution is not impacted for the UDE ID's in which modified rate code is attached.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
<The UDE ID's linked to the Customer Account should reflect the latest rate code values maintained>

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. <Navigate to the Screen ICDRATMA>
2. <Modify the Rate code by adding new Effective Date >
3. <Save & Authorise>
4. <Create a New Account under the account class in which the UDE Id's are linked to the rate code>
5. <During Account Creation, Under the Interest add the product in which UDE ID is linked to the Rate Code>
6. <Save & Authorise>
7. <Run EOD>


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot charge customers with the intended Interest Rate.
