Error ST-OTHR-001 shown while modifying the GL through GLDCHACC screen (Doc ID 2806424.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify the GL code details, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled Exception
ST-SAVE-008 - Fail to modify the record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Ensure Interface ID is blank in Bank parameters screen.
  2. Visit screen GLDCHACC
  3. Create new GL, save and authorize it.
  4. Now select same GL and do some modifications.
  5. Save the changes
  6. system fails with the Error ST-OTHR-001 - Unhandled Exception


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the GL details

Changes

 Changes released to populate into interface translation table only when Interface ID is maintained in Bank parameters screen.
