On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
8308: Amount null and authorized


When the authorizer opens the assigned transaction a message is given such as LCY amount is not input.
Moreover, the BC amount in BC details is not shown. Screenshot as below .Txn done through 8308.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show the values and should not allow authorization if values are not present

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. perform Liquidation via 8308
2. Verify the Message system throws at authorization
3. Verify system allows to authorize with Amount as NULL

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users faces operational issue as details visible is not correct.
