Unable to perform inter branch cash transfer operation using Inter Branch Transaction Input screen even though sufficient balance is present in the vault.

SIMULATION STEPS
-----------------------

1. Go to Inter Branch Transaction Input screen

2. Make sure vault has sufficient fund

3. Perform Inter Branch Cash Transfer using Inter Branch Transaction Input screen
