Symptoms

When attempting to Register Biller,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Provided biller does not exist. Please provide valid biller information.
Field error exists.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FCDB Application as Corporate/Retail User
2. Go to "Bill Payments" >> "Register Biller"
3. Select "Customer" & "Biller"
4. Input Consumer ID or Mobile Number accordingly
5. Type Nickname
6. Submit the request but above error appears.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

1. Specific Customer is not able to "Register Biller".
