On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to close a bank guarantee contract.
the following error occurs.

EL-FCJ-001 - Failed in during enrichment of facility
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract to be closed.
2. Ensure mismatch in the limit utilization table.
3. Try to close the bank guarantee contract
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the bank guarantee contract and settle the customer account.
