ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to verify/lookup SWIFT code for banks on LC Details tab and Instructions tab as the REST call returns empty response

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SWIFT code look up should work properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login as a corporate maker
2) Navigate to Initiate LC Screen
3) on LC Details tab or Instructions tab, enter SWIFT code and click on verify/lookup button

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select nks based on swift code in swift lookup/verify in LC Details tab and Instructions tab.

Changes

No changes done to product account or hardware causes this issue.
