Goal

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

OPN to ONC operation change is not available in LCAMEND

Change of operation is allowed in LCDTRONL and not in LCDAMEND.

When OPN to ONC is done at LCDTRONL only AOCF event is triggered.

User wants AMND event also when amendment is done for changing operation code.
