STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

• LCDTRONL-LC has been created in OPN and relevant MT700 is generated .
• LCDAMEND 1- REB is added and confirmation details are updated . MT707 and MT740 is generated.
• LCDAMEND 2- REB is changed .Failed
