ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On click of the back button on Create Payee screen, the user is navigated to the account page
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The back button should navigate the user to the previous page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to the application
2. Navigate to Payments-->Setup-->Manage payee
3. Create Payee, click back button
