The issue in Current Credit Limit logic
MDRM CCHEM250, On Schedule B of the Y-14M, uses the wrong measure.
It is currently (RRS 80910) reporting the undrawn amount of the line of credit. But the MDRM requests the current credit limit.
FRB FAQ RTH0101: "For the Current Credit Limit field (#46), how do we interpret what the credit line currently available to the borrower means? Is it the total limit associated with the credit line or the currently undrawn portion of the credit line?"
"For the Current Credit Limit field (#46), the credit limit refers to the total credit limit associated with the credit line, not the undrawn portion of the credit line."
