CASA:Signatures Which Are Not Linked To Account Are Showing When Using F12 To Verify Signature (Doc ID 2807166.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Closed signature is appearing in Customer account screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The closed signatures should not be displayed in the customer account screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In STDCIFIS, Create multiple signatories for a CIF with "Replicate to account" flag ticked.
2. Remove this "Replicate to account" flag and save for a signatory in STDCIFIS.
3. Close this signature record in STDCIFIS.
4. Press F12 in STDCUSAC, this signature is still visible.
