Clarification - STG_INSTRUMENT_CONTRACT_MASTER For Derivatives (Doc ID 2807419.1)

Clarification:
1) Customer do not have master details to be populated for Derivatives and had asked for confirmation whether reporting will work if they do not populate SICM for Derivatives

2) If response to item1 is, SICM is required for derivatives, then advise which
a) which MDRM uses only SICM ie without SICM element population the configuration will not work
b) List of SICM elements required for derivatives
