Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For retail user while viewing the User Details in OBDX 20.1 using Admin--> User Management, Address details are not retrieved from FCUBS.
OBDX shows the old address details from the local database of OBDX.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Address details should be retrieved from FCUBS database

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX as a Admin User
2. Go to User Management and check the details for any Admin User
3. Details of address is being fetched from OBDX local database rather than FCUBS database
