MT940: MT 940 Upload In FCUBS is not checking the Sender BIC Branch Code

When we are maintaining the external Entity mapping with Internal account (REDXTACC) in any branch other than 999(HO) then after uploading MT 940 for the External entity maintained in different branch(other than 999) and executing RESWIFT intraday batch, system is populating branch code as 999 in mstb_dly_msg_in for the uploaded MT 940 because of which we are getting error RE-SWIFT054 and message is going to Repair queue.

System should populate the sender BIC branch

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a External Account mapping in Branch other than head-office
2. upload Mt940
3. verify the Message status

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the Mt940
