SEPA Positive Response Code to Recall or RFRO (FOCR) is accepted also as a valid code for Negative R

This is about OBPM SEPA CT, Inbound Recalls and RFROs. For a Positive Response to a Recall or RFRO, only FOCR should be available.
However other codes linked to the Negative Response to recall are also available.
With that said, the software includes a validation so that if the user chooses any other value that is not FOCR with a positive response, an error is thrown.
Therefore this is, to some extent OK, although preferably we do not see the Negative Response codes in the first place.

However, for a Negative Response to a Recall or RFRO, we tested the LoV and the list of values includes code FOCR which should only be available only for Positive responses.
Unlike the reaction of the system on Positive responses, an error is NOT thrown when FOCR is chosen with a negative response.
This would therefore generate an invalid response file according to SEPA standards.
