Symptoms

1) Doing online liquidation for an account ICDLIQAC
2) The system populates the sttb_req_master (service_code CreateLiqacTransaction)
3) The EXT_ASYNCALL job is scheduled but the record remain as U
 
Actual result:
The online liquidation request remains unprocessed in sttb_req_master.

Expected result: 

The online liquidation under microservices should be called from EXT_ASYNCALL
