Modification in NonSTP Queue failing with error PA-TXP-003 (Doc ID 2807541.1)

Symptoms

A pass-through MT202 message has been modified in NonSTP queue - AWI has been removed, however on authorization system is giving a message - Message does not exist for this Error Code PA-TXP-003. Afterwards the contract status is In Progress, but contract is not in any queue.
