Symptoms

The Bank has parameterized a BIC cutoff record for specific BIC in PXDCYCOF, where Settlement Days are 0.
When they book a cross border payment to this BIC system calculates the Instruction Date as +1,
while the expectation is to be the same as Activation Date (as Settlement Days for this BIC is 0).
