Cash Deposit for foreign currency not working in OBBRN

Users are getting unhandled exception in Cash Deposit Screen for foreign currency.
Error says RM-BC-AC-01 : Failed in Accounting.
Debug of cmn-transaction-service log is provided.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a cash deposit and save the transaction
2. Verify if the transaction is created successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform cash deposit.
