Symptoms
On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- obdx.app.timer in failed status after applying ps 21.1.0.0.4 Corporate Admin Approver not able to see the submitted report generation since timer 'obdx.app.timer' is stuck in failed status.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- obdx.app.timer should run without error.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Apply patchset 21.1.0.0.4 2. Login into OBDX with corporate Admin approver 2. Check status of submitted report generation
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, Corporate Admin Approver not able to see the submitted report generation since timer 'obdx.app.timer' is stuck in failed status.
Changes
Deployment script (weblogic_config2.py) was not correct , un-deploy command for obdx.app.timer.ear was missing.
