When Retail user sign in OBDX application system showing error "System cannot process request" on dashboard.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX with Retail user
2. System will throw error "System cannot process request" on Dashboard.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System is throwing error when retail user login in OBDX
