Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to authorize the bill contract liquidation
the following error occurs.

ERROR

BC-EV0055 - On-line limit monitoring process failed for event 'LIQD' of bill and collection reference xxx


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bill contract to be liquidated
2. Save the the contract liquidation
3. Ensure mismatch in the limit utilization linked to the contract.
4. Try to authorize the contract liquidation.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot arrive at correct limit utilization of the customer.
