Deposit for newly Created Account fails with error ST-LMT-009 (Doc ID 2808180.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Cash deposit for newly created customer account, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new customer account and confirm record not populated in sttm_core_account table
2. Do Cash deposit transaction.
3. Check whether ST-LMT-009 error is shown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with Cash deposit transaction for newly created customer account.

Changes

 Application fix will set Liability customer branch properly while authorizing the customer through WEBSERVICE.
