Goal
VAM Create Virtual Account,Close Virtual Account Bulk Upload not Working
Customer is trying to use bulk upload while VAM account creation and getting below error after uploading file in File
Exception encountered while parsing template
com.ofss.fc.infra.exception.InfraException: Exception occurred in ReflectionHelper inside getClassInstance ClassNotFoundException for com.ofss.digx.app.bulkvam.fileupload.vam.handlers.VirtualAccountRecHandler.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as an VAM user in OBDX application
2. Go to Virtual Account Management>Create Virtual Account>Bulk File upload
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create VAM accounts using Bulk File upload
