System should execute the rate change batch job and complete it without any delay.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to execute the rate change batch job TXNRAT_BJ_100_01 RATE CHANGE PROCESSING (SET-TPE).
2. Check whether its completing with out any delay.
3. Currently its taking more time to complete.
