Securitization repurchase- Status of Account does not allow Release of Account

OFSLL Error Msg : Status of Account does not allow Release of Account (SYS-SYS-SYS-SSC-001779)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new pool
2. Repurchase the pool or pool account : acc_poo_pool = poo_pool, but should be acc_ptc_company
3. Release pool or pool account  

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot release the pool after repurchase
