ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The transaction is getting confirmed, even though the approval workflow is setup
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Transaction should be Pending for Approval if workflow is configured
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Admin, create an approval workflow
2. login with the business user
3. initiate a transaction
