On : 12.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error is prompted when a user tries to modify STDCIF when GEDMLIAB is already kept unauthorized by another user.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The wording of the text is not understandable and needs to be changed to:
GEDMLIAB of customer needs to be authorized before CIF amendment can be saved.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user not able to understand error for corrective action.
