Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is able to enter more than more than 1000 characters in mailbox reply.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should not be able to enter more than 1000 characters as per the disclaimer.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Mail > Inbox. Select the email to reply.
3. Click on reply. The reply text should contain more than 1000 characters.
