Symptoms
Import LC drawing is failing at the Scrutiny stage with the following error.
ERROR

Charge default failed-null'
charged default failed- ST Save 054-failed to save
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Trade Finance> Import Documentary Credit> Import LC Drawing
2. Give the Appropriate Contract reference and the details and continue with the Registration process
3. Continue with Scrutiny stage > Additional Tab
4. Click on Next and verify whether charge simulation is successful
