CL:Incorrect Utilization of Limit Line As Part of VAMI Version Reversal. (Doc ID 2809192.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Incorrect utilization of limit amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should not be any inconsistency in the limit line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


 Step1 : Let’s say , Loan version no is 1 and loan is in active status.
 Step2 : Liquidate the full Principal and Interest amount ,leaving the INT_ACQD component.
 Step3 : During the liquidation, Line(1LOANAIMP2) utilization become zero, since Principal is fully settled.
 Step4 : Amend the Loan and change the line code to 0ZUNIONBK1. Version no 2 created here.
 Step5 : Now reverse the version no 2.
 Step6 : Now loan is again linked to 1LOANAIMP2, but line 0ZUNIONBK1 is having active utilization for total principa amount.

Due to this issue, users incorrect limit amount is present.
