OBPM - MT 199 narrative wrongly handled. Lines are removed and word wrap is applied

Lines should not be removed and should be in order

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Perform Operation into create MT 199 Message

2. Input Narrative more than 50 characters

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct message
