OBP Contract Not Created After MM Auth Even When EPSGENPAYMENT Is Running (Doc ID 2809338.1)

OBP Contract not created after MM Auth even when EPSGENPAYMENT job is running

ERROR

Failed while processing for Queue with error java.lang.NumberFormatException: null


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create an MM contract from FCUBS frontend / webservice.
  2. MT202 (Payment) message is created for INIT event
  3. This message should then be generated in OBPM, PXSOVIEW shows the message but it is in "Unprocessed" state.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to generate MM contract end to end.
