On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to decrease the collateral amount
the following error occurs.
ERROR

LC-VALS-021 - While Decreasing, Adjustment Amount Cannot Be Greater then the Collateral Amount
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a bank guarantee contract amount to be reduced.
2. Ensure reduction amount is less than the collateral amount.
3. Try to amend the bank guarantee contract

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot decrease the bank guarantee contract amount
