Symptoms
On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to close the limit line
the following error occurs.
ERROR

GEDFACLT_51 - Active utilization exists for the facility, Do you want to close the record ?
ST-SAVE-012- Failed to close the record
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a limit line to be closed.
2. Ensure utilization status is incorrectly updated
3. Try to close the limit line.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot close the limit line and it can be utilized again.
