Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Screen is getting stuck while fetching the party id from LCDTRONL screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to fetch the party id from LCDTRONL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch LCDTRONL screen
2. Create a new contract
3. Select the Party ID lov
4. Verify whether the Party ID LOV wizard displayed
