Symptoms
While user attempt to migrate facility, collateral Pool not getting linked to facility.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Execute the Insert scripts in ELCM Environment.
2) Go to Fast Path 'CVDUPLOD'
3) Provide function_ID as 'GEDFACLT' and source code accordingly
4) Click Save
