Symptoms

Fed instructions for FR Y 14M D1 schedule CCRSM058 (Cycle Ending Balance, Line 15, Sch D) are: Report the total outstanding balance for the account at the end of the current month's cycle.
OFSAA design: RRS 80840 logic for CCRSM058 is based on BPRR2845 SUM(CASE WHEN FCT_CARDS_SUMMARY.N_CYC_BAL_RCY IS NULL THEN FCT_CARDS_SUMMARY.N_EOP_BAL_RCY ELSE FCT_CARDS_SUMMARY.N_CYC_BAL_RCY END)
The measure for the BP is MRR2886 based on FCT_CARDS_SUMMARY.N_CYC_BAL_RCY

FCT_CARDS_SUMMARY.N_CYC_BAL_RCY that in FSDF 80810 T2T has expression STG_CARDS.N_ACCT_CYC_BALANCE - (STG_CARDS.N_OVERDUE_INT + STG_CARDS.N_OVERDUE_PRINCIPAL). This measure does not meet the requirement.
Issue: For the requirement of cycle ending balance while use of total outstanding balance is fine, the following are the issues observed:
(a) The definition for N_ACCT_CYC_BALANCE is Outstanding balance is the sum of purchases made by the customer in the cycle. Use of this does not meet MDRM description which wants the total balance as of end of cycle, not just the total balance accrued during the cycle.
(b) Subtraction of overdue interest and principal from that total does not appear correct.
