Branch user facing issue while performing 9007
User is trying to Perform Purchase denomination from vault but error is thrown. The error is encountered not for all amounts but for specific amount where Coins are involved with lower denominations. Result to which user is unable to buy denomination from Vault.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform 9007(Buy Cash form Vault) transaction as a Teller
2. Enter the Currency and Amount and Click on Populate
3. Error is thrown as System is defaulting the denomination based on denomination sequence

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot buy cash from Vault for Specific Amount.
